Zylog Systems Ltd Q3FY12 Revenue Up 22% At Rs 583 Crore

Zylog Systems Ltd., a Chennai based leading technology solutions company and software service provider, announced their third quarter FY12 results last evening.
Performance Highlights
Consolidated Quarter Review
· Consolidated Revenues stood at Rs 582.9 cr, up by 16.5% QoQ and 22.3% YoY.
· Consolidated Net Profit for the quarter stands at Rs 54.5 cr, an increase of 11.2% QoQ and 42% YoY.
· EBITDA Margin stood at 19.6% for the quarter under review.
· Basic EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 33.2 with 11.2% and 42% increase QoQ and YoY respectively.

Consolidated 9m Review
· Consolidated revenues stood at Rs 1596.8 crore; up by 12.9% YoY.
· Consolidated Net Profit for the 9mFY12 stands at Rs 148.5 crore, an increase of 33.6% YoY.
· EBITDA Margin stood at 19.5% in 9mFY12 as against 15.1% in 9mFY11 an increase of 440 bps.
· Basic EPS YTD stood at Rs 90.3 increase of 33.6% over the same period last year.
Commenting on the results,Mr. Sudarshan Venkatraman, Chairman & CEO, Zylog Systems Limited, said “We have had yet another strong quarter. What gives us greater pleasure is the fact that such a performance has come, in a seasonally weak quarter for us. During the quarter under review, the company, in line with its strategy entered new geographies like South Africa, Australia and Caribbean Islands and consolidated its position in Asia Pacific. The traction we have witnessed in these geographies will be a key driver of growth and would help us in sustaining the momentum for the quarters to come.”
